The brewery has a 20hl plant and has been active in Brianza since September 2007, with good roots in the area but also with a national distribution and reputation.
Two souls coexist in us: the "popular" and agricultural one, a little goliardic and irreverent, which has translated into spontaneity and originality, and the technical and professional one, resulting from study and continuous research. This has led to the creation of beers that are always "of character", in which inspiration from personal stories and nature (especially in the "creative" lines and barricades), skill and brewing knowledge (more evident in the "special" line) and the somewhat light-hearted desire to always offer the highest quality level without ever taking oneself too seriously, with self-irony and fun, and the keen desire, for each beer, to also tell a story about it, to enrich the product, as well as goodness, also anecdotes and contents.
About fifty meters from the brewery (at a safe distance!) Is the CAUTION BARRICATION AREA, our barrel cellar, the cellar where our famous "wild" beers mature, a magical place where the great protagonist is wood, for a tradition which since 2009 sees us at the forefront of the production of sour and barrel aged beers.
Since 2019 the brewery is also a producer of cider, the wonderful fermented apple, with the new brand CIDRERIA FORMENTI. Partner of the cider house project is Marco Colzani, a great artisan creator of fruit juices, who produces the so-called Ex Formenti area (hence the name of the Sidreria) just a few meters from the brewery, in the same industrial archeology area (hence the name of the Sidreria). 80 of an important factory in the textile sector (hence the boxed label, "woven", of the Sidreria) with a centuries-old history behind it, and today it has become, due to the presence of various subjects linked to food within it, a district of taste (FB @distrettodelgustoexformenti).
